Weekly and monthly services including family therapy, couples counseling and 1:1 private individual counseling. Our counseling services provide adults and adolescents with individualized care to ensure their unique goals are being met by a primary therapist who supports those needs with a wide variety of treatment modalities.

Our case managers support your transition into the community and provide resources to client’s to encourage independence and accountability. Case managers provide care that is safe, timely and client centered. Case managers coordinate with other care team members and providers to support and assist clients in achieving their wellness goals.

Our screening services will help to keep you accountable to your goals to remain drug and alcohol-free.

This program provides support from a counselor and allows clients the opportunity to build community and a network of support.

Our Intensive Outpatient Program for Adults takes a holistic approach to substance abuse rehabilitation. We address substance use disorders, co-occuring mental health disorders and aftercare needs to support long-term recovery.

​Ages 10 to 17 for adolescents who require intensive treatment for substance use and mental health disorders who do not require 24- hour care. Our comprehensive program offers a wide variety of treatment modalities in a safe environment to address and promote healthy adolescent development and healing

Patient-centered, pharmacist- provided, collaborative services that focus on medication appropriateness, effectiveness, safety, and adherence with the goal of improving health outcomes.

​Open 7 days a week. On-the-spot confidential assessments, in-person support, referrals and resources for adolescents, adults and families. Same-day appointments if you need to see medical or clinical staff.

For adults and adolescents who have been recently discharged from acute behavior hospitalization and to prevent acute hospitalization. This program offers more intensive support for adults and adolescents who require a higher level of care than our IOP program.
