Abigail has been in the counseling field for the last 14 years working in a variety of settings. Abigail has experience in the crisis setting, working with people who identify a need of in the moment support and crisis stabilization. Abigail has worked with people who struggle with depression, anxiety, suicide, substance abuse, psychosis, identity issues, relationship stressors and more.

Throughout Abigail’s professional experience she has always valued working with individuals experiencing homelessness and the underserved populations as well as children and adolescents. Abigail believes that each person deserves to be treated with respect and dignity above all else, focusing on reality-based goal-oriented counseling. Abigail delivers with a focused and clear communication style, often leading with psychoeducation, tools and exercises to enhance the therapeutic process.

Abigail has her BA from the College of Saint Rose in Albany, NY and Masters in counseling from Regis University in Denver, CO. Abigail is now a Licensed Professional counselor and Licensed Addiction Counselor in the state of Colorado.
